   Sadan Journey acts as an intermediary providing travel and hospitality services in Makkah and Madinah through partnerships with accredited service providers. Services rendered are subject to the relevant provider's terms in addition to our own.

3. 3Booking requests

   Submitting the form on this site constitutes a booking request, not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes effective only after our team contacts you, confirms availability and price, and the agreed payment procedures are completed.

4. 4Accuracy of information

   The client undertakes to provide accurate information matching their official documents (full name, nationality, arrival and departure dates, and contact number). Sadan Journey accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from inaccurate information.

5. 5Prices and payment

   Prices displayed or quoted are subject to change until the moment of confirmation, and are subject to availability, to provider policies, and to any statutory fees or taxes applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6. 6Limitation of liability

   Sadan Journey is not liable for damages arising from circumstances beyond its control, including provider changes, regulatory decisions, or force majeure events.

7. 7Governing law

   These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute.
